The service

RingVox provides an AI phone receptionist for pest control businesses: answering calls, quoting your prices, booking appointments, and alerting you to emergencies by SMS. Plans (Starter, Growth, Pro) differ by monthly call volume and included features, as described on our pricing page.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe, at the rates shown on our pricing page at time of purchase. No credit card is required to start a pilot. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee — if RingVox isn't working for your business in the first 30 days, we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.

Cancellation

No long-term contracts. Cancel anytime and your call forwarding reverts to your previous setup with a single phone code. There are no cancellation fees.

Acceptable use

RingVox is for legitimate business call handling only. You may not use it to place unsolicited outbound robocalls, to impersonate another business, or in any way that violates applicable telecommunications or consumer-protection law.

Disclaimer

RingVox is provided "as is." While we work to keep the service accurate and available, we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.
